The collections — an index, not a catalogue
Acquisitions, hung as rooms.
Aether Frieze keeps no shelves. Every fragment, cast and edition is staged the way it will live with you — on warm plaster, in morning light, behind a thin bronze rail. Walk the two rooms below, then follow the quiet index to the pieces themselves.
Two rooms · one corridor · east light only
Room I
The Morning Room
A single long wall of warm plaster, one oak bench, and the Panathenaic Riders catching the first hour of east light. Nothing else is allowed in before noon — the stone does the talking.
AF-RM-01 · Pentelic-toned marble on lime plaster · 3.8 m run
Room II
The Long Corridor
Fragments spaced along warm stone at walking pace, a thin bronze rail at shoulder height, and light pooling on a limestone floor. This is where single pieces — a horse’s head, a draped attendant — learn to hold a room alone.
AF-RM-02 · fragments at 2.4 m intervals · bronze rail, 1.1 m

Three quiet ways in.
No filters to toggle, no grids to scroll — three families of stone, each kept small on purpose.
By appointment
The rooms are quietest before ten.
Write the evening before. We will raise the east blinds, put the kettle on, and leave the room to you and the stone.
